It is the responsibility of the user (hereinafter referred to as the \u201cUser\u201d) to know the General Conditions of Sale (hereinafter referred to as the \u201cGeneral Conditions of Purchase\u201d) in force at the time of the start of the Purchase process.<\/p>\n

By accepting the conditions, the User declares that he or she is of legal age and has sufficient legal capacity to be bound by the present General Conditions of the ATC.<\/p>\n

These General Conditions of VENTA may be saved and reproduced at any time by the User making a purchase using the options of his Internet browser and must be read and accepted before the purchase is completed.<\/p>\n

REGISTRO AS USER<\/h2>\n

To access the electronic purchase of ANA DURAN products, it is not necessary to register as a User of the page (www.anaduran.net). The purchase can be made without registration.<\/p>\n

Registration as a User is free and must be done through the \u201cRegister\u201d tab provided on the website itself. At the end of the registration process, the User will receive an email at the address indicated by the User, confirming that the process has been performed correctly.<\/p>\n

The User may access the registered user section with his\/her User name and password (or by means of means that ANA DURAN, in each case, enables to authenticate the Users). In his\/her profile, the User may find relevant information such as that relating to previous orders or the delivery address provided.<\/p>\n

The User may unsubscribe as such at any time by sending an email to the address: web@anaduran.net<\/p>\n

THE COMMISSION SHALL INFORM THE COMMISSION OF THE RESULTS OF THE REVIEW.<\/h2>\n

Without prejudice to the provisions of the specific legislation, tenders or proposals for electronic procurement shall be valid for the period fixed by ANA DURAN or, failing that, for as long as they remain accessible to the addressees.<\/p>\n

COMPRA PROCESS<\/h2>\n

The purchase process consists of the following steps:<\/p>\n

(i) Product selection: Browse our page and click the \"add to basket\" button whenever you want to add a product to your purchase. The shopping basket contains the name of the selected product, the quantity and the price in euros.<\/p>\n

(ii) Start of the purchase process: To start the purchase process, click the \"Proceed to payment\" button.<\/p>\n

(iii) Complying with the purchase data: Before selecting the payment method, you must fill in the purchase details and correct any errors that have occurred in the introduction of the purchase data. Once you have verified your data, confirm your order.<\/p>\n

(iv) Select the payment method: Select the payment method you prefer, accept the present General Conditions of the VENTA by ticking the corresponding tab, and press the \"Finish Order\" button. At that time, the contract will be perfected for all purposes.<\/p>\n

(v) Confirmation of purchase: Once we receive your acceptance, ANA DURAN will issue a confirmation on screen that you can archive and that will contain the following information:<\/p>\n

\u2013 Order number.<\/p>\n

\u2013 Order date.<\/p>\n

\u2013 Summary of products included in the purchase.<\/p>\n

In any event, ANA DURAN will issue a confirmation of purchase by email within 24 hours of receipt of the purchase order.<\/p>\n

During the entire purchase process you can consult the present General Conditions of the VENTA, as well as know the final price of the selected products.<\/p>\n

Once the purchase has been confirmed, the customer may not modify or cancel the order outside the cases provided for in the law or in the present General Conditions of the VENTA.<\/p>\n

PRICE, TAX AND SENDING PAYMENTS<\/h2>\n

All prices indicated on the website are referred to in euros and include those taxes and fees applicable to the Spanish territory, without prejudice to the fact that the purchase of the products from another territory could accrue the corresponding taxes and\/or tariffs. ANA DURAN, through the banking data entered by the User on the website, will practice a withholding for the final amount of the order.<\/p>\n

The shipping costs will be detailed at the end of the purchase process and will be borne by the User in full.<\/p>\n

Prior to the acceptance of the order, the User may know the full final price of the order, including, where appropriate, the amount of increments or discounts applied, as well as the transportation costs, taxes, tariffs or other additional services.<\/p>\n

The prices of the products may vary at any time depending on the price policy of ANA DURAN. The products purchased will be invoiced at the price in force at the time of purchase. <\/p>\n

PAYMENT<\/h2>\n

Users may make payment of the price of the products purchased by any of the following means:<\/p>\n

You can pay by card, Bizum and, depending on your device, Google Pay or Apple Pay through MONEI, or by direct bank transfer.<\/p>\n

INVOICE<\/h2>\n

The User agrees that ANA DURAN will send the proof of purchase by email to the address provided by the User. The User will be able to revoke his consent to receive the invoice in electronic form, at any time, sending us an email to the web@anaduran.net address. In addition, the User can request in any case a copy of the invoice on paper at web@anaduran.net.<\/p>\n

DELIVERY<\/h2>\n

The usual delivery time is 7-14 days<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

We'll let you know when your order comes out of the factory.<\/p>\n

We sent Spain Pescher, Baleares and Portugal<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Delivery to the home will be made from Monday to Friday. The user can specify any details regarding the shipment.<\/p>\n

If there are additional charges for transportation or delivery, the user will be informed before confirming the order.<\/p>\n

RESPONSIBILITY FOR DELIVERY<\/h2>\n

The User will acquire the property on the products subject to purchase after having satisfied the total agreed price.<\/p>\n

The risk assumed by the User in respect of the products will take place at the time of delivery of the products, regardless of the time when the User acquires ownership of the products. Therefore, ANA DURAN will not be liable for any damage, theft, deterioration, damage or loss of the products that occurs after the delivery of possession of the products to the User.<\/p>\n

Each delivery is considered to have been made from the time the User or a third party authorized by the User is made available, materialized by the control system used by the carrier. It is for the recipient to check the order at the time of delivery and then make all reservations and claims that appear justified, even has the possibility to reject the package, if the package has been opened or if there are clear signs of deterioration.<\/p>\n

AVAILABILITY<\/h2>\n

In case of non-availability of the product after the order has been placed, the User will be informed by email of the cancellation of the order.<\/p>\n

ANA DURAN does not guarantee the permanent availability of products, being exempted by any kind of liability provided that it does not bring cause of a malicious breach by ANA DURAN, or that it is not there for the 8.8 errors in the unavailability of the service of telematic networks of transfer of data outside its will.<\/p>\n

RETURNS<\/h2>\n

Custom manufactured products no refund for change of opinion<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

If your order arrives damaged, has a defect or does not correspond with what you asked for, contact us so that we can fix it.<\/p>\n

GUARANTEE<\/h2>\n

When the customer acts as a consumer or user, the new goods have the legal guarantee of conformity in force. In general, ANA DURAN will be responsible for any non-conformity that occurs during the three years following delivery, without prejudice to the rights recognized by the applicable regulations.<\/p>\n

The warranty does not cover damage arising from accidents, improper use, non-compliance with installation or maintenance instructions, undue exposure to chemicals or heat sources, or ordinary wear that does not constitute a lack of conformity.<\/p>\n

FORCE MAYOR<\/h2>\n

ANA DURAN shall not be liable for any total or partial breach of the obligations arising from this contract or for delay in the performance of these obligations if such failure is due to a circumstance of force majeure, including general, territorial or sectoral strikes, flooding, fire, pandemic, etc.<\/p>\n

PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA<\/h2>\n

In compliance with the provisions of Organic Law 3\/2018 of 5 December and Regulation EU 2016\/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data, and in the applicable regulations applicable at any time, we inform you that your personal data collected through this document will be processed by ANA DURAN in order to comply with the commercial relationship between you and our company.<\/p>\n

Personal data may be communicated to third parties provided that such communication meets a need for development, compliance and control of the commercial relationship and\/or is limited to the purposes mentioned above, in accordance with the applicable applicable rules in this field.<\/p>\n

We inform you that you can exercise your rights of access, rectification, cancellation, opposition, limitation of treatment and portability at any time at the trader's registered office indicated above or by sending an email to the following address: web@anaduran.net.<\/p>\n

INTELECTUAL PROPERTY<\/h2>\n

ANA DURAN will retain all intellectual and industrial property rights, including business secrets rights, related to designs, all plans, standards, paintings, diagrams, graphic material, photographs, design samples, content and other documents, whether in electronic, printed form, as preprint material or brochures that will be delivered to the User in the context of the manufacture, testing, demonstration and marketing of their products.<\/p>\n

The User acknowledges that, under the present General Conditions of VENTA, ANA DURAN does not give or transfer any intellectual property rights or rights of third parties to the User. ANA DURAN only authorizes the User access and use of those rights in accordance with the terms set out in these General Conditions of VENTA. Therefore, ANA DURAN does not grant any other license or authorization of use to the User regarding the intellectual property rights and\/or industrial rights other than that expressly specified in this clause. <\/p>\n

NULITY OR ANULABILITY<\/h2>\n

If any of the clauses of these General Conditions of the ALT are null and void, illegal or unlawful, in such a case, and in the broadest sense permitted by law:<\/p>\n

(a) Such a declaration shall not invalidate the remaining general conditions of the ALT, which shall remain in force and effective; and<\/p>\n

(b) The null and void clause(s) should be replaced or preferably adjusted to be annulled.<\/p>\n

APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION <\/h2>\n

These general conditions of the VENTA will be governed or interpreted, in all not expressly provided herein, in accordance with Spanish law, and in particular by Law 34\/2002 on Services of the Information Society and Electronic Commerce. The language for the conclusion of the contract will be Spanish.<\/p>\n

ANA DURAN and the User expressly agree to waive any other jurisdiction that may apply and to submit any dispute arising from the provision of the products or services covered by these GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE to the courts corresponding to the User's place of residence. Alternatively, the consumer may choose the jurisdiction of the courts of Jerez de la Frontera, Spain.<\/p>\n
